Portugal dos Pequenitos

Located in Coimbra, the Portugal dos Pequenitos is a ludic-pedagogical park inaugurated in 1940, under the vision of Bissaya Barreto.

The park consists of miniature versions of Portuguese houses and monuments, as well as other miniature constructions that represent the Portuguese influence around the world.

Today, the park is a historical and pedagogical reference for many generations. You can find several Portuguese monuments, such as the Convent of Cristo de Tomar.

The tiny typical Portuguese houses are one of the most visited attractions of the park and provide an unforgettable experience for the many children who visit the park.

Besides being a space dedicated to celebrate the cooperation and friendship between other cultures and people, the park is also widely known for its sculptural and architectural detailed art that still amazes children, teenagers and adults.
